Your Responsibilities
You’ll coordinate administrative tasks across security operations, compliance activities, and multi-site support.
In this role, you’ll manage high volumes of requests while ensuring accuracy in reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
You’ll support leadership by coordinating vendors, audits, and operational tasks efficiently.
You’ll maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
You’ll help streamline procurement, invoicing, and budget tracking activities where needed.
Skills and Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably supporting managers in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in administration, operations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email systems, and database tools; experience with procurement or invoicing platforms such as Coupa is an asset.
Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset, comfortable managing competing priorities.
