About the Opportunity
As a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist, you will play a key role in building and optimizing workforce planning capabilities that support strategic financial decision making across the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with finance, HR, and technology teams to design and implement modern planning solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud. Your expertise will directly support headcount, compensation, and workforce scenario planning that enables leaders to forecast and manage organizational growth with confidence.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll design, build, and configure Oracle EPM Cloud Workforce Planning solutions that support headcount and compensation planning processes.
- In this role, you’ll develop position-based planning architecture including FTE, headcount, and salary planning dimensions.
- You’ll author and maintain Groovy calculation rules that support driver-based headcount models, compensation escalation logic, and variance calculations.
- You’ll configure EPBCS planning forms, dashboards, and workflows aligned with budget and forecast cycles while supporting Smart View reporting for finance and HR teams.
- You’ll lead functional design discussions, contribute to testing activities including SIT and UAT, and produce clear documentation and training materials for end users.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Workforce Planning and strong experience configuring EPBCS or Oracle Planning modules.
- Advanced experience writing Groovy scripts and building complex calculation rules for planning models.
- Experience integrating data using Oracle Data Management or FDMEE and working with Smart View reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead design sessions and collaborate with finance, HR, and technology stakeholders.
