About the Opportunity
Our client, a large and complex enterprise organization in the retail sector, is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support major technology transformation initiatives. In this role, you will focus on the people side of change, helping employees successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working across the organization.
Working alongside project leaders, communications partners, and technology teams, you will help guide employees through several key initiatives including Microsoft 365 enhancements, Windows 10 upgrades, data classification and retention programs, and security-related technology rollouts. Your ability to translate complex change into clear communication, practical training, and meaningful engagement will play a key role in driving adoption and long-term success.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll develop and execute organizational change management strategies that drive adoption and sustainment of technology initiatives across the organization.
- In this role, you’ll create communication plans, training materials, and change assets that help employees understand and embrace new systems and processes.
- You’ll conduct change impact assessments across multiple user groups and identify the right communication and support strategies to enable successful adoption.
- You’ll facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to gather input, align teams, and advance change deliverables.
- You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, corporate communications, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure change plans are integrated with project delivery.
- You’ll proactively identify change-related risks or resistance points and recommend appropriate interventions to support smooth implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of progressive organizational change management experience supporting enterprise initiatives
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT and technology rollouts, including digital workplace or security initiatives
- Experience working on large enterprise-level projects or transformation programs
- Strong experience developing OCM materials, communications strategies, and end-user training
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10 deployments, or data classification technologies such as AIP is considered an asset
- PROSCI certification or similar change management methodology is an asset
- Retail sector experience supporting technology change initiatives is considered an asset
