Our client, a large organization operating in the construction sector, is seeking an HR Manager to support a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role sits within a collaborative HR team that partners closely with operational leaders to deliver people strategies that support complex, project-driven work across multiple business units.
In this position, you will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle while partnering with senior leaders to support workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations. You will work with experienced HR professionals and cross-functional stakeholders, helping ensure HR processes run efficiently while contributing to initiatives that strengthen the organization’s people strategy.

Your Responsibilities
• You will manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational initiatives.
• You will help manage HR processes end to end, including compensation reviews, policy development, and compliance activities.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
• You will support HR initiatives connected to large operational projects and cross-functional workstreams.
Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including HR Manager or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting operational or project-based organizations such as construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or similar sectors is considered an asset.
• Strong experience in employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision making.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
