About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with deep ServiceNow expertise to join a collaborative team supporting IT, HR, and SIR operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, streamline processes, and help deliver solutions that make a tangible impact. Your insights and guidance will ensure technology aligns with business objectives and supports end-users effectively.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll collaborate with IT, HR, and SIR stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
In this role, you’ll create clear user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment between development teams and stakeholders.
You’ll lead workshops and interviews to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
You’ll work with the ServiceNow development team to design solutions that are technically feasible and aligned with best practices.
You’ll participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, supporting timely delivery.
You’ll coordinate testing activities and provide training and support to end-users as needed.
You’ll leverage ServiceNow ATF to automate major modules and streamline workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong ServiceNow HRSD expertise (ITSM experience is a plus)
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in ServiceNow modules (HR, IT, SIR) and Agile 2.0 practices
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
