About the Opportunity
An established organization within the professional association sector is seeking a Project Manager to support a multi-year initiative focused on modernizing assessment tools for internationally educated lawyers, Canadian civil law graduates, and individuals seeking to practice in a common law jurisdiction in Canada.
This role will lead and coordinate the delivery of new assessment tools and processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, communications, and change management initiatives that support the successful implementation of new assessment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of new assessment tools, ensuring project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while monitoring progress and preparing regular status reports
Coordinate meetings and project activities with partners, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Develop and implement change management and communication plans to support the adoption of new processes and systems
Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to respond to inquiries and provide project updates
Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and support vendor selection and management processes
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reporting materials
Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Qualifications & Experience
University degree or college diploma in a related discipline; a law degree is considered an asset
3–5 years of project management experience
PMP certification or progress toward certification considered an asset
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Experience in regulatory, legal, or professional association environments considered an asset
Bilingualism in English and French considered an asset
