Manager, Auto Accelerate Program Governance
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager, Auto Accelerate Program Governance to support the execution of key strategic initiatives within a major automotive business transformation program. In this role, you will help coordinate and accelerate the delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the organization’s long-term growth strategy.
You will act as a central connector across multiple teams, helping to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to critical initiatives. This role focuses on program governance, execution oversight, and progress tracking, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with leaders across business, technology, finance, and operational teams to monitor initiative performance, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

Your Responsibilities
- You will provide governance oversight for the Auto Accelerate program by supporting the development and monitoring of program roadmaps, milestones, and integrated delivery plans.
- You will track progress across 8–10 key initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are achieved in alignment with business objectives.
- You will monitor program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, proactively identifying potential challenges and escalating issues with clear recommendations.
- You will partner with cross-functional teams including Automotive, Merchandising, Digital, Technology, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure initiatives remain aligned and on track.
- You will facilitate working sessions, governance checkpoints, and progress reviews to maintain alignment and drive program momentum.
- You will prepare executive updates, presentations, and program materials that clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
- You will ensure initiatives are delivering measurable value by tracking performance against targets and key business metrics.
- You will support initiative owners by identifying solutions or alternative plans when programs fall behind schedule or risk missing targets.
- You will help translate complex initiatives into clear business narratives that connect program activity to customer, dealer, and organizational value.
Skills and Qualifications
- You will have 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or governance oversight within a large, matrixed organization.
- You will have demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives that require strong coordination, influence, and execution discipline.
- You will have strong financial acumen with the ability to track KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and support data-driven decision making.
- You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership or executive audiences.
- You will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- You will have the ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- You will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify risks and recommend solutions.
