Compensation: Base salary in addition to quarterly commission, uncapped earning potential with an OTE of around $80,000 in your first year

About the Opportunity
As an Inside Corporate Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting business clients with high-quality workwear and safety footwear solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of Regional Sales Managers, Corporate Sales Managers and Sales Administrators to maximize account potential and deliver exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a disciplined, self-starter environment and enjoys building relationships with a variety of business clients.
You’ll focus on smaller corporate accounts across key verticals such as construction, manufacturing, EMS, service sectors, oil & gas and utilities. This is a dynamic, evolving role where your efforts directly impact client satisfaction, retention and account growth.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of 200–400 corporate accounts, focusing on retention and maximization of client potential.
- You’ll maximize your clients’ potential for the products and services offered by Mark’s Commercial.
- You’ll collaborate with your regional team of Regional Sales Managers, Corporate Sales Managers, and Sales Administrators to drive client success.
- You’ll research client needs and tailor purchasing programs and documentation for your assigned accounts.
- You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, maintaining it by adding new accounts, closing accounts, and updating data continuously.
- You’ll add new accounts to your portfolio through leads, referrals, and prospecting.
- You’ll build strong customer relationships and provide a high level of service to client.
- You’ll ensure client and prospect information is accurate and up to date in the system.
- You’ll work with pipelines, territory and account plans, and sales funnels to optimize results.
- You’ll participate in bi-weekly sales meetings to share opportunities, successes, and best practices.
- You’ll track campaigns and other sales initiatives as required.
- You’ll collaborate with other sales departments to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or B2B sales, preferably in retail or workwear-related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe PDF software.
- Experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP is considered an asset
- Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Comfortable adapting to evolving business needs and exploring more strategic growth opportunities
