Location: Kanata, ON (On-site for first 6-8 weeks, then full-time work from home)

You will kick off your journey with on-site training in Kanata for the first 6 to 8 weeks, learning everything you need to shine in this fast-paced environment. After training, you'll transition to full-time work from home, allowing you to balance work and life seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll welcome customers at the front desk, addressing their requests and ensuring a positive experience.
- In this role, you’ll coordinate conference calls and manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
- You will dispatch requests based on service commitments, ensuring timely support for our customers.
- You’ll create technical support tickets and place orders for parts, keeping our inventory well-managed.
- You’ll keep track of customer interactions to maintain a seamless service experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
- Flexible schedule available for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnight, Monday to Sunday.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce and ticketing systems is a bonus!
