Your Responsibilities
- You’ll pre-screen candidates and assess qualifications against job requirements.
- You’ll prepare interview questionnaires and assist hiring managers in evaluation planning.
- You’ll create job postings and ensure they are advertised effectively.
- You’ll schedule interviews, coordinating calendars between candidates and interview panels.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related administrative function.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Comfort working within structured processes and procedures.
