About the Opportunity

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll oversee financial operations across multiple entities and business units, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls
- In this role, you’ll manage, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 staff across finance, accounting, HR, and IT
- You’ll lead the annual budgeting process, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives alongside executive leadership
- You’ll maintain relationships with auditors and support compliance, audit, and risk management processes
- You’ll implement and improve financial processes and reporting systems to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant Controller-level leadership
- CPA designation is required
- Proven experience managing multi-entity organizations and intercompany relationships
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Deep understanding of GAAP and multi-unit financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting systems and ERP software
