About the Opportunity
Our client in the not-for-profit and public sector space is seeking a Senior Bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support. This role supports a senior leader and works closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring operations and deliverables remain organized and on track.
In this fast-paced environment, you will help coordinate schedules, manage travel logistics, and keep important initiatives moving forward. The role requires someone proactive and organized who enjoys supporting leaders and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage a complex calendar and coordinate travel arrangements for a senior executive with frequent travel commitments.
- You’ll track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure projects, meetings, and action items remain on schedule.
- You’ll coordinate meetings and provide administrative support that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- You’ll assist with expense claims and invoicing, ensuring travel and operational expenses are submitted accurately within the system.
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to monitor budgets, funding updates, and operational coordination where needed.
- You’ll provide general administrative support, including document review or project support as requested.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant senior administrative or executive assistant experience
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting senior leaders
- Strong ability to track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain organized workflows
- Experience processing expense claims, invoicing, or working with financial documentation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to be proactive and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in both English and French.
