About the Opportunity

Our client, a large and complex supply chain organization, is seeking a Manhattan Active WMS Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of its warehouse management platform. This role plays a key part in modernizing warehouse operations, strengthening inventory accuracy, and supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with supply chain leaders, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the Manhattan Active WMS platform is configured, integrated, and operating at peak performance. This is an opportunity to act as a subject matter expert while driving tangible improvements across warehouse and distribution operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the implementation and configuration of Manhattan Active WMS to align with evolving business requirements.

  • In this role, you’ll customize workflows, rules, and system configurations to optimize warehouse operations and inventory management.

  • You’ll oversee testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

  • You’ll ensure seamless integration between Manhattan Active WMS and enterprise systems such as SAP and other platforms.

  • You’ll analyze warehouse processes to identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices.

  • You’ll provide ongoing support, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.

  • You’ll develop reporting insights and collaborate on data governance to support data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management.

  • Proven experience implementing and configuring WMS solutions in enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

  • Experience integrating WMS with SAP or other enterprise systems.

  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

  • Manhattan Active certification or APICS CSCP or CPIM designation is considered an asset.
