About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization in the retail sector, is seeking an In-Store Digital Associate Project Manager to support the development and delivery of initiatives that enhance the in-store and digital customer experience. In this role, you will work closely with Digital, eCommerce Fulfilment, and Operations teams to implement technology-driven solutions that improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both operational and strategic projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact. You will play a key role in establishing clear objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and applying structured project management practices to support sustainable growth and innovation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the successful rollout of the Lockers program across retail store locations, managing vendor relationships and ensuring readiness for upcoming project stores.
- In this role, you’ll oversee enhancements to the Scan & Buy program, collaborating with Dealers, store teams, and field teams to identify pain points and develop technical or process improvements.
- You’ll work with business and IT project teams to scope and size project concepts, translating them into clear objectives, delivery approaches, and project plans.
- You’ll develop business cases and project kick-off plans while adhering to a structured, Agile project management methodology.
- You’ll gather product data, including analytics, consumer insights, and market trends, to determine improvements to product features and align them with business goals.
- You’ll manage third-party vendor relationships, including RFP processes, vendor negotiations, contract discussions, and commitments where required.
- You’ll engage stakeholders regularly, presenting project details to store Dealers and executives while managing risks, issues, and contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years managing medium to large, complex projects using a disciplined Agile project management approach.
- Experience in the retail industry, particularly in fulfillment, order management, store operations, digital, or eCommerce.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including Dealers and executive leaders.
- Experience creating project cost-benefit analyses, presenting budgets and assumptions, and responding to management queries related to project finances.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to build training and change management plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations that drive business improvement.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is considered an asset, along with the ability to work from corporate labs and retail locations in Toronto when needed.
