About the Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented organizer who thrives on collaboration? As a Project Portfolio Analyst (PPA), you will play a key role in helping deliver project management objectives. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structuring project portfolios, monitoring progress, and supporting teams to achieve results efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define, implement, and maintain project portfolio processes and documentation to support investment decisions.
  • You’ll coordinate stakeholder meetings, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to drive decisions.
  • You’ll collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards, stepping in to resolve issues when needed.
  • You’ll manage the project portfolio resource capacity tool and assist with project funding, prioritization, and risk management.
  • You’ll track project portfolio performance, report on key indicators, and audit compliance with the Project Management Framework.
  • You’ll support continuous improvement initiatives, recommending optimal practices for portfolio management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business, technology, or a related discipline.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, management, or project delivery accountability.
  • 2+ years leading collaborative relationships across multiple teams.
  • Proficient with project portfolio management processes, documentation, and tools.
  • Experience with quality management systems or document management systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of standards, regulations, and auditing techniques is an asset.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a big plus.
  • Reliability Security Clearance is required.
