GardaWorld is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, combining data integration, analysis, and storytelling for HR, Finance, Operations, Labor Relations, and Health & Safety teams.

This is a hybrid role (3 days per week on-site in Montreal) and will allow you to design executive dashboards, integrate data from multiple systems, and provide leadership with a clear view of trends, risks, and key performance indicators.

What your day will look like:

  • Dive into data from SAP SuccessFactors, ERP/Finance systems, Bullhorn, operational tools, and other internal platforms to design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards.

  • Explore complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive strategic decisions.

  • Share insights with leaders in a way that’s clear, impactful, and tailored to your audience.

  • Turn complex numbers into compelling stories and actionable recommendations that make a difference.

  • Streamline recurring reporting processes through automation to boost accuracy, efficiency, and speed.

  • Safeguard data integrity, consistency, and governance across multiple sources.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and adapt to the evolving demands of the business.

What you bring to the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting

  • Expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, ETL, dashboard design)

  • Proven experience integrating data from multiple systems (HRIS, ERP/Finance, operational systems)

  • Strong experience in executive reporting and storytelling for leadership

  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions

  • Understanding of organizational data, including HR, financial, operational, and compliance metrics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written

  • Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification is a plus

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting is an asset
