About the Opportunity
As a Product Manager, you will support key initiatives within the client's replenishment systems portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology, helping ensure the right products move through the supply chain efficiently and effectively.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain leaders, developers, and quality assurance specialists to deliver system improvements that support inventory planning, order management, and warehouse operations. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear user stories and functional documentation.
- In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver replenishment system initiatives on schedule and within scope.
- You’ll partner with developers and QA teams to guide system design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- You’ll monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams, ensuring progress remains on track.
- You’ll develop reports, process flows, and presentations that communicate project status and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in product management with a strong understanding of replenishment processes, inventory management, order management, or warehouse management systems.
- Agile methodology certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, etc.) strongly preferred.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Experience in retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or distribution is an asset.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across business and technical groups.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems and other related fields
