The candidate will work closely with Senior Manger to support the development and end-to-end delivery of business analytics for Global Wealth Management Technology. This role partners with key stakeholders across the team to provide innovative, data-driven solutions that enable decision-making. The incumbent combines strong technical expertise with exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

 

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute BI reports and dashboards that track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with multiple technology groups and vendors to ensure that the applications, integrations, infrastructure, and security architectures are designed to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Liaise with project execution teams to have broad understanding of the nature of the projects, understand the status and be the main point of contact on any reporting queries.
  • Participate in other projects/initiatives impacting financial and regulatory, Software currency as assigned.
  • Promote an inclusive work environment aligned with the Bank’s values and conduct standards

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytic or business intelligence role
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling; experience with Power Apps and workflows is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of ETL processes, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment
  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Preferred attributes include attention to details, independent, flexible, curious, proactive, and a self-starter.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
