The Senior Manager, Portfolio Analytics (GRM – RESL) is responsible for monitoring key risk performance indicators for the Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) portfolio and contributing to the development and enhancement of business intelligence and reporting tools. The role provides actionable, data-driven insights to Risk teams as well as product and business line partners. As a subject matter expert on the RESL portfolio, the incumbent delivers advanced analytics, portfolio monitoring, and risk measurement to assess portfolio health and ensure key risk metrics remain within the established Risk Appetite.Leveraging deep credit risk expertise and strong analytical capabilities, the incumbent identifies opportunities for sustainable growth within risk appetite, identifying areas (sub-product and client segments) requiring heightened attention through early warning indicators, and formulates actionable recommendations to mitigate emerging and existing risks.The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and partners across and outside of GRM, providing high-quality analytical insights supported by strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
