in a fast-paced airport environment? We’re seeking relief Enrollment
Officers to provide top‑notch service to visitors, contractors, tenants,
and airport stakeholders at the Calgary Airport. This is a casual role
that offers hands‑on experience with airport security operations and the
opportunity to grow within a supportive team.
Why This Role Matters
As an Enrollment Officer, you are the first point of
contact for the Pass Office. You will ensure a smooth, professional
experience for everyone visiting or interacting with the office. Your work is
critical to maintaining security and operational efficiency while also
delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Administer
the application process for Transportation Security Clearances, Restricted
Area Identification Cards, Temporary Airport Security Passes, and other
airport permits.
- Prepare,
validate, and process pass requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain
visitor logs, update records, and issue keys as required.
- Manage
appointment scheduling and email inquiries, directing them to the
appropriate resources.
- Liaise
with Transport Canada, CATSA, and other airport authorities to resolve
issues efficiently.
- Ensure
compliance with Calgary Airport Authority requirements and policies.
- Complete
the Transport Canada Aerodrome Security Course (paid training included).
What We’re Looking For
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, in person and on the phone
- Fluent
in English, with excellent professional writing and verbal skills
- Typing
speed of 50 WPM or higher
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability
to problem‑solve effectively and maintain composure in a fast‑paced
environment
- High
attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures
- Team‑oriented
with flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts
Training and Schedule
- Paid
3‑week training program: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 10‑hour
shifts (07:30–17:30)
- Ongoing
casual shifts assigned based on operational needs
