About the Opportunity

In this role, you’ll support a broad suite of applications, from custom in-house solutions to third-party SaaS platforms, while contributing to a major cloud transformation initiative. You’ll collaborate closely with business teams, developers, and platform services to keep critical applications running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Application Analyst, you’ll tackle complex issues that cannot be resolved via runbooks, bridging the gap between first-level support and development. You’ll collaborate with business, QA, and architecture teams to ensure critical applications remain operational, while helping shape processes to prevent recurring issues.
This role offers exposure to a variety of enterprise platforms, including SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, and MuleSoft. You’ll gain practical experience troubleshooting code, assisting with testing, and supporting business-critical applications—all within a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll handle complex issues escalated from Level 1 support and those that cannot be resolved through runbooks
- You’ll create and maintain runbooks and documentation to improve team efficiency
- You’ll review and troubleshoot code as needed, supporting multiple environments, but coding is not a core responsibility
- You’ll assist with negative or edge-case testing when prior issues or gaps arise
- You’ll contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the L2 team
Skills and Qualifications
- Broad platform exposure preferred, ideally including SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or MuleSoft
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, with a practical understanding of code (Java/.NET)
- Hands-on experience valued over multiple certifications
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, cloud, infrastructure) is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
