Our client, a well-established apparel organization, is seeking a detail-driven and creative Product Developer to bring innovative designs to life. You will collaborate closely with design, merchandising, sourcing, innovation, and production teams, acting as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution. Your Responsibilities
You’ll translate design concepts into detailed product specifications, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout development.
You’ll research and source fabrics, trims, and materials that meet performance, aesthetic, and cost requirements.
You’ll manage sample development timelines, liaising with vendors and mills to meet key milestones.
You’ll prepare and maintain accurate tech packs, BOMs, and PLM system data to ensure transparency and consistency.
You’ll collaborate with sourcing teams to meet cost targets while upholding quality standards.
You’ll monitor development calendars, flag risks proactively, and propose solutions to keep production on track.
Skills and Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in apparel product development or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and production processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and PLM systems.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
