About the Opportunity
Our client, a large public sector organization undergoing a significant digital transformation, is seeking an Adobe Developer to help shape the future of their customer experience. Reporting to the Manager of Shared Development, you will design and deliver personalized, data-driven marketing solutions that enhance digital engagement and support evolving customer expectations.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with marketing, IT, and external vendors to build seamless, integrated solutions across enterprise platforms. Your work will directly contribute to modernizing digital properties and enabling meaningful, personalized customer journeys at scale.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design, develop, and implement solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Analytics, Target, RT-CDP, and Journey Optimizer.
• You’ll build reusable components, templates, and workflows that support scalable marketing initiatives.
• You’ll integrate Adobe tools with enterprise platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, and Microsoft technologies to ensure seamless data flow.
• You’ll optimize performance of Adobe-based solutions to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• You’ll collaborate with marketing teams to enable personalization, experimentation, and data-driven campaign execution.
• You’ll monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Adobe and related marketing platforms to ensure stability and security.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Adobe Experience Cloud development, including AEM and related tools.
• 3 years experience using Adobe Magento (Adobe Commerce)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience integrating Adobe solutions with enterprise platforms such as SAP and MuleSoft.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience contributing to large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Adobe certifications such as AEM or related credentials are considered an asset.
