We’re seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support enterprise Data Analytics and Platform initiatives within a large, complex organization. In this role, you’ll partner with internal clients and technical teams to shape high-impact data solutions that align with divisional priorities and enterprise strategy.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead business and requirements analysis for Data Analytics and Platform initiatives.
In this role, you’ll engage internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and reporting requirements.
You’ll translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and project specifications.
You’ll facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint reviews to drive alignment.
You’ll work closely with project and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
You’ll track requirement traceability, manage scope throughout sprint cycles, and support prioritization aligned to enterprise strategy.
You’ll assist with user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of progressive business analysis experience within technology or data-driven projects.
Proven experience supporting data management, governance, or data platform initiatives.
Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder Agile delivery environments.
Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail.
