We’re seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support enterprise Data Analytics and Platform initiatives within a large, complex organization. In this role, you’ll partner with internal clients and technical teams to shape high-impact data solutions that align with divisional priorities and enterprise strategy.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead business and requirements analysis for Data Analytics and Platform initiatives.

• In this role, you’ll engage internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and reporting requirements.

• You’ll translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and project specifications.

• You’ll facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint reviews to drive alignment.

• You’ll work closely with project and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.

• You’ll track requirement traceability, manage scope throughout sprint cycles, and support prioritization aligned to enterprise strategy.

• You’ll assist with user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive business analysis experience within technology or data-driven projects.

• Proven experience supporting data management, governance, or data platform initiatives.

• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder Agile delivery environments.

• Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.

• Strong communication skills, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail.
