About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic retail-focused team where your expertise in product information will directly impact the online shopping experience. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for our Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring our clients product catalogue is accurate, complete, and visually optimized for customers. Your work will support cross-functional teams, making sure business needs are translated into actionable system outcomes.

You’ll work closely with associates across operations, merchandising, and technical teams, providing guidance, training, and hands-on support. By identifying patterns in system usage and resolving technical issues, you’ll help improve processes and user experience, shaping the way our product data drives front-end results.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll serve as the subject matter expert for the PIM system, understanding its implementation and impact on business outcomes.
  • You’ll provide Level 1 support and troubleshoot user issues, guiding users through system best practices.
  • You’ll conduct internal training sessions and offer 1:1 support to ensure associates are confident using the platform.
  • You’ll support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback to confirm system enhancements meet business needs.
  • You’ll compile metrics to track progress, identify patterns, and propose solutions to common pain points.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years using Microsoft Excel and Office products (e.g., Lookups, Pivot Tables, formatting)
  • 2+ year performing SQL queries
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for training and collaborating with users
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change
  • Technical awareness to appropriately match resources to issues
  • Experience working in the retail industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PIM systems
  • Experience with JIRA or ServiceNow ticketing systems
