About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role provides critical recruitment support to a high-performing consulting practice, with a focus on sourcing senior-level technology professionals across AI, Cloud Architecture, and Software Engineering.

You will partner closely with hiring leaders and fellow recruiters to attract top-tier, passive talent in competitive markets. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your market insight, relationship-building skills, and ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience will directly impact business growth and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll proactively source and engage senior technical talent using targeted outreach and market mapping strategies

  • You’ll build and nurture diverse pipelines for AI, Architecture, and Software Development roles

  • You’ll conduct thoughtful recruiter screens using competency-based and skills-based interviewing techniques

  • You’ll partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and shape sourcing strategies

  • You’ll provide market insights on talent availability, skill trends, and competitive hiring dynamics

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive experience recruiting technical or IT roles

  • Proven success sourcing senior, passive talent in competitive markets

  • Experience recruiting within professional services or similarly complex organizations

  • Hands-on experience with Workday is required

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
