About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Reporting Consultant to join a dynamic project team during a critical rollout phase. In this role, you’ll help business and technical teams transform raw data into actionable insights through tailored reports and dashboards. Your contributions will directly impact decision-making across Finance, Procurement, and EPM, helping the organization operate more efficiently and effectively.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across modules. Your Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into clear, technical reporting specifications.
  • Build, maintain, and customize reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and FRS.
  • Collaborate with IT, business analysts, ERP teams, and end-users to understand reporting needs and maintain data integrity.
  • Document report templates, data sources, and methodologies clearly.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and support UAT activities.
  • Ensure reports comply with security and data access protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP data models, particularly Finance, Procurement, or EPM.
  • Familiarity with Smart View and FRS (Financial Reporting Studio).
  • Proficiency in SQL and other query tools.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Background in fast-paced, cross-functional projects within large, complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP security roles and data access.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and adaptability to changing priorities.
