Do you love the automotive industry? Agilus is recruiting for several Production Operator/ Forklift Drivers in the Automotive in Tecumseh, Ontario. We’re seeking skilled, safety-conscious individuals with experience operating forklifts in fast-paced environments. When not operating the lift truck, you would support the team as a production associate on the line. What's in it for you: $18.50 - $21.50 hourly Weekly Pay Contract position with opportunity for long term placement Onsite Parking Casual Dress Responsibilities: Transport and distribute racks for production in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure materials, components, and packaging are transported to production areas according to schedule and requirements Pull and distribute re-worked parts to designated load areas as needed Maintain FIFO standards by ensuring raw parts are pulled and distributed in the order they were received Distribute finished goods to shipping areas according to shipping requirements If not utilized as a driver, be prepared to work on the production line to support operational needs and • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Perform all other duties as required by the shift Supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements: Must possess a secondary school diploma or equivalent Must have at least 5 years' experience as a lift truck driver and • A valid lift truck license is an asset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and previous experience is preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and afternoons Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed Must have reliable transportation, as this location is not serviced by public transportation routes This posting is for future talent planning and does not reflect a current vacancy.
