Agilus is recruiting for a Contract Administrator in the Oil and Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the Oilsands major projects
A typical day:
Administer end-to-end contract processes including drafting, reviewing, executing, and maintaining contracts for goods and services
Partner with internal teams such as Procurement, Legal, Operations, and HSE to ensure contract terms meet project needs
Ensure all contracts adhere to corporate governance, industry standards, and applicable laws
Support contractors onboarding and monitor their performance
Maintain accurate contract data within ERP systems
Contribute to process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and supporting initiatives
You bring:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in contract administration within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to A&D, HSE, and site access requirements.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ivalua, Maximo, Ariba…) and Microsoft Office Suite
Soft skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Time management and high attention to detail skills
Total rewards:
$50.00 hourly
6 months contract position with a high chance of extension
Job location: Fort McMurray, Alberta
Shift schedule: 4x 3, 10-hour shifts
Camp, flights and meals are provided
Start date: April 5, 2026
