As an Executive Assistant, you play a critical role in enabling leaders to operate at their highest level. You anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure executives and their teams stay organized, informed, and focused. You are often the central point of coordination, supporting executive priorities, leadership operations, and in some cases, board and governance activities.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and protecting time aligned with business priorities.
- You’ll coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- You’ll prepare and review correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- You’ll act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners.
- You’ll manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and executive logistics.
- You’ll maintain organized, confidential files, documentation, and executive records.
- You’ll support executive initiatives, projects, and operational priorities.
- You may assist with board and committee coordination, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and supporting governance processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role.
- Proven ability to manage complex priorities and operate in fast-paced, executive-level environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing executive calendars and coordinating with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong professional judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience supporting board members, executive committees, or governance processes is considered a strong asset.
- An asset to have experience with AI tools or other technical platforms that improve efficiency and workflow.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
