ScotiaMcLeod Wealth Advisor Development Program
Purpose:
At ScotiaMcLeod, our Wealth Advisors support high net worth clients in achieving peace of mind by offering trusted advice and personalized total wealth solutions tailored to their short-, medium-, and long-term life goals.
The Wealth Advisor Development Program (WADP) is designed to support business succession planning, expand our advisor community, and ensure our clients continue to receive exceptional guidance and customized solutions.
Held twice a year over three months, the program blends facilitator-led workshops with self-paced learning to foster growth and development.
