About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a senior SAP Digital Transformation Technical Lead to take ownership of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery leadership, and strategic systems planning, supporting business service transformation across SAP and related enterprise platforms.
You will work alongside project managers, analysts, and technical teams while maintaining a broader architectural lens. For permanent candidates, the salary range is $108,518 to $135,654 plus comprehensive benefits.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead technical architecture and integration strategy across SAP transformation initiatives.
In this role, you’ll translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure system designs.
You’ll oversee end-to-end technical delivery across multiple phases and releases.
You’ll provide architectural guidance on SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments and related enterprise systems.
You’ll assess licensing impacts, vendor considerations, and system integration approaches.
You’ll guide cross-functional technical teams and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
You’ll take a holistic view of transformation efforts, advising on future-state architecture and system optimization.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience leading SAP implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong architecture expertise across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and enterprise integrations.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-phase transformation programs.
Experience operating within regulated or public-sector environments is highly valued.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
SAP certifications or finance-related SAP expertise are considered assets.
