About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is partnering with a respected regulatory organization in the healthcare sector to support a short-term, high-impact need within their Registration team. This 2-week contract offers the opportunity to step into a fast-paced compliance environment where accuracy, professionalism, and sound judgment are essential.
Reporting to the Compliance Supervisor, Registration, you will play a key role in ensuring applicants and registrants remain compliant with governing legislation, bylaws, and policies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to uphold professional standards that directly support public trust and patient safety across British Columbia.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll conduct file reviews and audits to ensure compliance with legislation, bylaws, and registration policies.
- You’ll review Annual Licence Renewal Forms and follow up on outstanding requirements within established timelines.
- In this role, you’ll correspond with applicants and registrants via phone and email to obtain and document required information.
- You’ll draft general correspondence and prepare agreements, authorization, and consent forms as needed.
- You’ll liaise with internal departments and external organizations to verify documentation and support registration processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant compliance, regulatory, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within a regulatory or healthcare environment is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment when handling confidential information.
