Your Responsibilities
• You’ll design and implement Copilot Studio solutions, including topics, connectors, actions, and orchestration using agentic patterns such as planning, tool use, and memory
• You’ll apply advanced prompt engineering and RAG strategies, designing grounding approaches and guardrails to ensure reliable and compliant behaviour
• You’ll integrate solutions with line of business systems including Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services using secure authentication models
• You’ll lead discovery workshops, translating business needs into structured backlogs, acceptance criteria, and value driven roadmaps
• You’ll ship MVPs and manage lifecycle activities including telemetry, testing, prompt version control, regression validation, and optimization
• You’ll contribute reusable patterns and best practices that support scalable, responsible AI adoption
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience building conversational AI, copilots, or agent based solutions, including hands on Copilot Studio delivery
• A clear passion for AI, emerging technologies, and continuous learning in the generative AI space
• Demonstrated prompt engineering expertise with structured evaluation methods such as A/B testing and regression validation
• Working knowledge of Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry or Prompt Flow, API Management, Functions or Logic Apps, storage, and identity
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and translating ambiguity into actionable user stories
• Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, and enterprise security principles
