About the Opportunity
Join a people-first property team in a role that sits at the heart of resident experiences. As Concierge, you’ll be the warm, helpful contact residents rely on daily, guiding them with personalized service and local know-how. You’ll partner closely with the Leasing and Resident Experience Manager, residents, suppliers, and local businesses to create moments that matter, from everyday requests to special arrangements. This is a people-centric role in a property operations setting that values thoughtful connection, reliability, and proactive problem solving.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll greet visitors, residents, and suppliers with warmth, addressing needs promptly and professionally.
- You’ll manage resident requests for services and coordinate with providers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of local amenities and events to share with residents and support social content.
- You’ll oversee amenity bookings, event logistics, and log maintenance requests to keep the property running smoothly.
- You’ll support Leasing staff with resident events and help engage residents and their pets by learning their names.
- You’ll manage contractor access, visitor parking, security devices, and the building’s enterphone system to maintain safe, convenient access.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of related concierge or hospitality/customer service experience in residential, hotel, or property management settings.
- Post‑secondary education in hospitality is an asset.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
- Strong relationship skills and discretion; comfortable collaborating with residents, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Yardi is an asset.
- Police Clearance is required; First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
