Our client, a leading national retail organization, is seeking a Field Merchandiser who thrives on bringing large-scale retail environments to life. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will act as the central hub for planning, leading, and executing major capital merchandising projects across associate store locations nationwide.
You will collaborate closely with store teams, marketing, merchandising, and field leadership to ensure consistent, impactful in-store experiences from coast to coast. Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead and execute merchandising programs, training and guiding store teams to align with core audit standards and operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll plan and manage capital merchandising projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
You’ll coordinate fixture and point-of-purchase materials, ordering what is required and ensuring excess materials are returned before store openings.
You’ll provide feedback through internal portals to support marketing and merchandising priorities and drive process improvements.
You’ll manage travel and project expenses in accordance with corporate policy, while maintaining clear communication with Field Merchandise leadership.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of progressive experience in retail merchandising or project-based retail operations
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of retail operating standards and merchandising strategies
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence diverse teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to travel extensively across Canada and work independently
