About the Opportunity

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in a small, collaborative team that supports both internal staff and external visitors. You’ll manage conference centre bookings, assist with reception, and coordinate catering, all while helping create an environment that fosters inclusivity and professionalism. Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage conference centre bookings and support reception duties across multiple sites.
You’ll coordinate catering and provide assistance for internal and external events as needed.
You’ll rearrange conference spaces, lift light boxes, and support room reconfiguration.
You’ll navigate multiple priorities independently, adapting to changing schedules and environments.
You’ll quickly learn and leverage Monday.com to manage projects and events efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of facilities or event coordination experience
Strong customer service skills with a polished, personable approach
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle light physical tasks
Comfortable managing a mix of logistical and event responsibilities
Adaptable, independent, and flexible within standard hours
Quick learner with strong computer and organizational skills; Monday.com experience is a plus
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
