You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance Delivery and ERP Change Management, to plan, execute, and implement projects that streamline processes, improve systems, and enhance organizational efficiency. Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead ERP project portfolios from planning to deployment, managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications.
You’ll act as the client-side liaison, working closely with implementation vendors to ensure deliverables are met and systems are deployed successfully.
You’ll manage project documentation and tools, including Asana boards, risk registers, decision logs, and issue logs, keeping the team aligned and informed.
You’ll coordinate project resources and functional leads, ensuring day-to-day deliverables are executed effectively.
You’ll oversee external consultants, monitoring priorities, action items, and deliverables while providing guidance and escalation support.
You’ll support business process improvements, updating policies, streamlining inefficiencies, and aligning with industry best practices.
You’ll contribute to change management initiatives, supporting communication, training, and adoption of new systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in enterprise-scale ERP project management, with PMP certification considered an asset
3–5 years’ experience implementing ERP systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or Finance IS systems
Proven expertise in managing projects from planning through deployment and post-implementation support
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and project management best practices
Hands-on experience with change management, communication strategies, and training programs
Proficiency in project management tools, including Asana, and ability to maintain documentation, logs, and risk registers
Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
