Salary Range (based on experience): $50,000 - $60,000.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll oversee office supply management and ensure smooth operations across multiple sites nationwide.
- In this role, you’ll manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, ensuring quality service and timely support.
- You’ll handle administrative tasks involving DocuSign and other systems, balancing a wide array of operational needs.
- You’ll assist in troubleshooting issues, working closely with other teams and vendors to resolve concerns.
- You’ll help prepare for meetings by coordinating logistics, such as catering and gathering supplies, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- You’ll proactively engage with team members and committees, bringing new ideas to enhance employee morale and participation in events.
- You’ll champion employee engagement activities, acting as a cheerleader for initiatives that celebrate the team and promote a vibrant workplace culture.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in operations support or administrative roles, preferably in a large team environment
- Exceptional communication skills and a personable demeanor for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in administrative processes, including DocuSign and contract management
- Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively
- Adaptability to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic work setting
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team engagement
- Experience coordinating events or employee engagement activities is a plus
