As an Administrative Assistant, you are often the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You will work closely with leaders, departments, and cross-functional teams, supporting daily operations and ensuring communication, scheduling, and documentation are handled with care and precision.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support scheduling for leadership and teams.
You’ll prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
You’ll maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
You’ll support internal and external communication, acting as a key point of contact.
You’ll assist with data entry, expense processing, and general office coordination.
Skills and Qualifications
1+ year of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar support role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
An asset to have experience with AI tools or other technical platforms that improve efficiency and workflow.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
