Job Posting: Security Guard, Fredericton, NB
Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire
responsible team members for Security Guard roles in Fredericton, NB.
Hours: 8 to 12 hour rotating shifts, 24/7, with
evening, overnight and weekend availability, both part-time and full-time hours
available

The Role: The Security Guard will be responsible
to enforce established rules and regulations to ensure the protection of
people, property, and information. Assigned duties include a combination of
static and roving patrols.
We are seeking candidates with:

Physical fitness to perform interior and
exterior rounds (including stairs) in all types of environmental conditions -
may also require standing and or sitting for extended periods of time
·
Strong communication and dispute resolution
skills
·
A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach
to tasks
·
Customer service experience
·
Valid class 5 Driver’s License
·
Clean Criminal Record Check with the ability to
obtain all necessary clearances
The successful candidate must be able to:

Maintain high levels of confidentiality
·
Demonstrate sound judgement in addressing
conflict situations
·
Able to obtain an Enhanced Security Clearance
Designated Veteran Status and Bilingual
(French/English) are both assets but not requirements.
