Your Responsibilities
- You’ll provide excellent client service by handling incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, and inquiries from brokers and clients, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of complex scenarios.
- You’ll support financial operations, including GIC, RIF, RSP, and TFSA account renewals, re-registrations, banking updates, rate changes, and financial adjustments.
- You’ll oversee onboarding of new accounts, verifying applications, liaising with brokers, and ensuring all AML, KYC, and compliance requirements are met.
- You’ll monitor and respond to internal inquiries from business partners regarding products, applications, and account status.
- You’ll adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring risk management, privacy, and ethical standards are consistently maintained.
- You’ll participate in projects and provide guidance to colleagues on general and complex operational tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administration, coordination or customer service
- Fluency in French (Written/Oral)
- Post-secondary diploma or degree; additional certifications are an asset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with professional maturity.
- Solution-focused, collaborative, and able to lead or support team initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other software systems/applications.
