This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact change leadership role within a large, complex organization undergoing meaningful transformation. You’ll be trusted to guide enterprise-wide change initiatives that directly support senior leadership and influence how teams adopt new ways of working.
Working closely with executive sponsors, program leaders, and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to change initiatives that matter. Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead end-to-end change management strategies for complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
You’ll partner closely with executive sponsors, coaching and supporting them through periods of significant change.
You’ll develop and execute change plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption strategies.
You’ll collaborate with program and project teams to ensure change activities are embedded into delivery plans.
You’ll assess change impacts, risks, and resistance, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of progressive change management experience, including direct support of executive-level sponsors
Prosci certification required
Program and/or Project Management experience is considered a strong asset
Experience within the gaming industry is an asset, public sector experience is also highly valued
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
