Your Responsibilities
- You’ll drive revenue growth by hitting sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- You’ll build and maintain high-touch relationships with customers and carriers.
- You’ll manage and negotiate with carriers, ensuring compliance and maximizing margins.
- You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of freight, from booking and tracking to troubleshooting delivery issues.
- You’ll collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, planning, and business strategy.
- You’ll provide guidance and support to brokers and sales staff, fostering a results-driven team.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics sales, business development, or account management, with a book of business.
- Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, including refrigerated and dry freight.
- Proven ability to manage customer and carrier relationships with professionalism and care.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable traveling to client locations with a car allowance provided.
