Salay: Base salary of up to $85,000 with total compensation ranging from $130,000 to $180,000. Bonus can reach up to 80% of base salary, uncapped.

As a Group Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving profitable growth while building trusted, long-term relationships with distribution partners.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll drive profitable net sales growth through new business development and renewal of an existing block of business.
- You’ll build and strengthen relationships with distribution partners by clearly communicating value and identifying new opportunities.
- You’ll develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed annual financial targets.
- You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to support acquisition, retention, and service excellence.
- You’ll manage renewals, service escalations, and ongoing account activity using CRM and sales automation tools.
- You’ll provide training and education on products, services, and solutions to distribution partners.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in group benefits within insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of group benefits underwriting, plan design, and financial management
- Proven consultative sales and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
- University degree required, GBA or CEBS designation is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
