Senior Product Manager (Customer Care, eCommerce)
Location: Mississauga, ON, On-site, 5 days per week

Duration: 11-month contract
Compensation: $64–$72 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to step into a highly visible role within a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment. You’ll act as the voice of the customer while balancing strategic business goals and technical realities, shaping how customer care capabilities evolve across digital platforms.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and both local and international stakeholders, you’ll influence product direction, drive customer-centric outcomes, and help modernize systems that directly impact the end-user experience. Your Responsibilities
- You’ll develop and maintain the Customer Care product roadmap and backlog, aligning priorities with clear business cases and stakeholder expectations.
- In this role, you’ll measure post-launch success to ensure initiatives deliver real business value and adoption.
- You’ll proactively manage defects, recurring issues, and operational inefficiencies within your product portfolio.
- You’ll communicate product vision and progress through documentation, training sessions, and executive-level presentations.
- You’ll act as a system subject matter expert, supporting teams in maximizing platform capabilities.
- You’ll define requirements, write user stories, and perform user acceptance testing within an agile environment.
- You’ll stay current on omni-channel and eCommerce trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager within the digital eCommerce space
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Hands-on experience managing agile backlogs and writing user stories
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user experience principles
- Experience launching and managing platform products end-to-end
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
