In this role, you’ll work closely with the Travel Services Lead to manage travel operations, ensuring smooth coordination for internal teams and external partners. Every day brings new challenges, and your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of critical operations.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll assist in managing day-to-day travel operations and logistics.
- You’ll lead travel operations in the absence of the Travel Services Lead.
- You’ll maintain and update travel records and documentation.
- You’ll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- You’ll provide logistical support during emergency responses.
- You’ll handle email and phone reservations, including data gathering, booking accommodations, and follow-ups.
- You’ll collaborate with hotels to secure and adjust bookings as needed.
- You’ll contribute ideas to improve departmental procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in travel or administration is an asset.
- Experience in travel coordination or administration, preferably in a service-oriented or non-profit environment.
- Leadership can be considered as an asset for senior positions.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe is an asset.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Must have a professional remote setup: Windows only PC/Laptop, 2 monitors, web camera, keyboard, mouse, high-speed Internet (ethernet cord is preferred).
