Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage complex executive calendars, business travel, and logistics to keep leaders focused and effective.
In this role, you’ll coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll oversee expense reporting, invoice management, and reconciliation for external spend.
You’ll build strong, trusted relationships across leadership teams, and external partners.
You’ll create efficient systems for records, documentation, and information flow.
You’ll handle highly confidential materials with discretion and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications
5–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in complex organizations
Post-secondary degree or diploma
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
