You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Engineers, and IT stakeholders across infrastructure, applications, and networks. Your expertise in ServiceNow and ITIL-based practices will directly contribute to improving visibility, reliability, and efficiency across services that impact thousands of users.

Your Responsibilities
You will analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL and SDLC principles.
In this role, you will support and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB using the Common Service Data Model to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
You will work with ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, validate requirements, and support Agile delivery practices.
You will contribute to documentation, process improvements, and stakeholder discussions related to service delivery and configuration management.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst working with ServiceNow.
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping.
5+ years of experience using ServiceNow Agile 2.0.
Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM, Service Portal, and business application architecture.
Solid understanding of infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and network architecture.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
