About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who wants to grow their career within either our IT Services or Professional Administrative Services staffing division. Within these teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in expanding established staffing practices, partnering closely with clients to deliver thoughtful, people-first staffing solutions.

Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Actively engaging with existing and prospective clients and responsible for expanding our presence in the marketplace
- Expanding existing relationships to generate new business and grow sales
- Preparing and delivering presentations on staffing services
- Operating from a service mindset; listening to client issues and identifying staffing solutions
- Negotiating and closing deals; handling complaints or objections
- Retaining clients by providing superior customer service and staffing support
- Cross selling to identify opportunities for other divisions
- Marketing strong candidate resources based on client needs
- Resolving any issues that arise throughout the placement process
- Conducting after placement service calls and visits with both candidates and clients
- Visiting top clients on a quarterly basis
- Adhering to our high level of service standards and delivery
- Preparing and reporting on sales goals
- Participating in networking events and conferences on behalf of the company
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably from a staffing environment
- Must be based in the Greater Toronto or Greater Ottawa area to meet with clients in-person as needed
- Passion for creating and fostering new relationships
- You are a driven professional who is self-motivated for achieving and exceeding individual and team goals
- Focused on driving client/candidate success and delivering the ultimate experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- You are a team player who loves to work collaboratively
- Natural curiosity about people, their backgrounds and experience
- Technical aptitude in the use of business software
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred
